1. Can I buy tickets on the gate?

The only way to buy tickets is via the website.

2. How much are tickets?

  • Tickets are £6.50 per person (with no booking fee)
  • Under 2s go free and do not require a ticket

3. Do you do Carers tickets?

If a paying person requires support linked to their disability-related needs that is significant and substantially in excess of what could be reasonably be expected of family/friends, one carer can come for free and does not require a ticket. We do not require documentary evidence at the ticket desk, we ask you to self-assess.

4. Is the event accessible?

While parts of the event are on grass, we have hard tracks around the entire site making it accessible for buggies and wheelchairs. However, the tracks are still farm tracks and are not smooth tarmac; we continually work at improving all surfaces each year. We have a dedicated area for disabled parking and there are disabled toilets.

5. Can I change the date and/or time of my ticket(s)?

Yes, you can change the date or time of your ticket up to 2 hours before your arrival time; though only through the website.

Please follow the below instructions:

  • Either log into your account or register using the email you used to purchase the tickets (if on a desktop this is likely to be to the right of your screen or if on a mobile at the bottom).
  • Go to ‘My Orders'
  • Locate the order you wish to change and click the hyperlink 'CLICK HERE TO CHANGE YOUR SLOT'.
  • Select your new date and time from the calendar and click Save in the pop-up box.
  • You will receive a confirmation email with your updated tickets. 

6. Can my tickets be resent?

Please click the email resend link to get your e-tickets resent to you. If the email does not appear in your inbox, please check your junk or spam email folder. If you still have not received them, please contact tickets@sunnyfields.co.uk.

7. What is your refund and cancellation policy?

We do not offer refunds or cancellations, so please be sure of your selection when you purchase your tickets. As per FAQ 5 you can change your time and date.

8. Will you open if it rains?

Our events are all weather and we will be open. If we assess the weather as a health and safety issue, we will close and communicate directly to ticket-holders via email. As per FAQ 5 you can change your time and date if you desire.

9. After I arrive, how long can I stay for?

Your 30-minute time slot, shown on your ticket, is your arrival slot. You can stay until the event closes.

The closing times vary:

• Sat 4th – Sun 5th : 5pm

• Sat 11th – Sun 12th : 6pm

• Sat 25th – Thur 31st : 9pm

10. Are there baby changing facilities?

Yes.

11. Are there toilets on site?

Yes, including disabled.

12. Once inside the event, what methods of payment do you accept?

We accept cash and card within the event, though you will need to purchase your ticket online in advance.

13. How much do the pumpkin costs?

Although bigger is not always better, the pumpkins are priced by their size. They start at £1.50 and the very largest is £12.

14. Do I have to pay for parking?

There is no charge for parking and you can bring more than one vehicle if required.

15. Can I bring my dog?

Furry friends are very welcome at the farm. Please ensure they are kept on a lead.

17. Is there food and drink at the event?

Our event kitchen will be open during your visit and will have everything from our very own burgers and hotdogs, to hot and cold drinks to keep you refreshed and energised.

18. What should I wear to the farm?

While we hope that the weather will be sunny and we do have under cover marquees, our events are all weather and predominately outdoor, so do come prepared for all weathers.
